About Us

Welcome to Holy Cross Lutheran Church! We’re glad you’re here and invite you to join us for worship, where we gather around God’s Word and receive the Lord’s Supper together. Worship is at the heart of who we are, and we offer opportunities for all ages to grow in faith—through men’s and women’s groups, life groups, and a vibrant youth ministry at our Discipleship House.

Worship Times: Sundays at 8:00, 9:30, 11:00 a.m., and 5:00 p.m.
Youth & Education: Preschool (ages 3–5) throughout the week; Elementary (Wed. 6:00 p.m., Main Campus); Middle School (Wed. 6:00 p.m., Discipleship House); High School (Wed. 7:15 p.m., Discipleship House); College Ministry (Tues. 7:00 p.m.).

Join us for Vacation Bible School

Rain Forest Falls from June 7-11

Kids ages 3 through 5th grade will embark on an adventure at Rainforest Falls VBS, discovering what it means to be rooted in a relationship with God—their Creator and their safe place in life’s storms. 5th graders will experience Camp 56, a special VBS just for them with field trips, service opportunities, and time to grow in God’s love—register through the Church Center app.

Christmas In June: Orphan Grain Train

Orphan Grain Train Mission of the Month

Throughout June, Holy Cross is collecting monetary gifts, clothing, and toys for Orphan Grain Train. These gifts help share the love of Christ with children around the world. Each Sunday, we will highlight different donation categories, so join us as we work together to spread Christmas joy all summer long. Donations will be collected through June 30. More information can be found at the Serve Center in the Narthex and in the Church Center App. FILL OUR BOX OF SOCKS: Help us fill the box of socks in the Narthex at the Service Center. Buy a pair or two of Socks (Sizes 2T—Youth L) and place them in the box. Let’s overfill the box by June 14. An excellent opportunity to get the whole family involved.

Summer Fun & Fellowship

Sign up for DINNER FOR EIGHT FOR THE SUMMER FUN & FELLOWSHIP This summer, join us for three relaxed gatherings designed to help members and staff connect, share stories, and grow together in community. You’ll be paired with seven other individuals or couples to share three meals throughout the summer. A host will coordinate the first gathering, and then your group can decide the details for the next two. Whether it’s dinner at someone’s home, dessert at a restaurant, or a campfire with s’mores, the goal is simple: food, fellowship, laughter, and growing together in faith and friendship.

Blood Drive at Holy Cross Lutheran Church

Celebrate More Life

Holy Cross Lutheran Church will host a blood drive on Tuesday, June 16, from Noon–6:00 p.m. in Overflow Rooms 11 & 12. To schedule an appointment, please call the church office at (308) 237-2944. Your donation can help save lives. If you are an eligible Type O, B-, or A- donor, consider making a Power Red donation. Power Red donors give a concentrated dose of red blood cells—the blood component most often needed for transfusions. As a special thank you, those who donate blood between June 1–28 will receive a $15 e-gift card and be entered for a chance to win a $7,500 prize. Visit rcblood.org/june for complete details.
