We are a congregation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS).

    Holds to the Lutheran Confessions (Book of Concord) as a correct interpretation of scripture.

    A "synod" (walking together) of independent congregations, not a top-down hierarchy.

    Strong emphasis on foreign and domestic missions, and it operates the largest Protestant parochial school system in the U.S.

Holy Cross Lutheran Church is a congregation of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. We are biblical, Christ-centered, and confessional, which means God’s Word shapes everything we do, Jesus Christ is at the center of our faith and life, and we follow the historic Lutheran teachings that clearly proclaim the Gospel.

    We believe God creates and sustains our faith through his Word. We value biblical preaching and the study of the Scriptures.

    The faith we confess is ancient and historic, finding expression in the Creeds and Confessions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church.

    The focus of our worship and life together is the saving life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

At Holy Cross, the Gospel of Jesus Christ is at the center of everything we do. God not only speaks His promises in His Word, but also gives them to us through the Sacraments of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, where we receive His forgiveness and grace.

    We seek to keep the good news of Christ and his gospel at the center of all we do.

    We believe that God creates and sustains our faith through the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion.
